LETTER IN REACTION TO LITTLE A'LE INN ARTICLE IN #39

Hi Chuck,
I want to tell you about Rachel. My interest in the town comes from my interest in military planes and UFOs. I've been there three times and have driven to the border of Groom Lake twice-- very interesting! I wanted to tell you that on your visit, you missed the most important place -- the Area 51 Research Center. It's the yellow mobile home down the road from the A'le'Inn. It's run by Glenn Campbell, who is probably the most sane voice on the Area 51 subject. Wish you could have met him to include in your report.
By the way, I know you admire Charles Kuralt and Ernie Pyle as writers, but your style has always reminded me a little of John Steinbeck in the Travels with Charley book. Maybe it's just because it's the same type of experience.
